Agreement to Terms

By accessing pixelcheck.dev or engaging PixelCheck for web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and anyone who uses or accesses our website or services.

Services

PixelCheck provides custom web design and development services including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Mobile-responsive layouts
• Domain setup and hosting configuration
• SEO optimization and Google Maps integration
• Contact form setup
• E-Commerce and booking system integration
• Monthly website maintenance and updates

The specific scope of services for each project is outlined in the signed project contract.

Payment Terms

All projects require a deposit of at least 50% before work begins. The exact deposit amount is agreed upon per project and may be higher depending on scope. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the site going live.

• Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App
• All prices are in USD
• Work will not begin until the deposit is received
• The website will not be launched until the full balance is paid
• Invoices unpaid after 14 days of the agreed due date may result in project suspension

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, the following refund policy applies:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
• If PixelCheck cancels a project before starting, a full deposit refund will be issued within 5 business days
• No refunds are issued after the final website has been delivered and approved by the client
• If a client is dissatisfied, we will work to resolve the issue within the agreed revision rounds

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content (text, images, logos, branding) within 7 days of project start
• Providing timely feedback during the review process (within 5 business days)
• Ensuring all content provided does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Purchasing and maintaining their own domain name unless otherwise agreed
• Keeping their hosting and domain renewals up to date after launch

Delays caused by the client may result in a revised project timeline. PixelCheck is not responsible for delays resulting from late content delivery or slow feedback.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in the project contract. A revision round is defined as one consolidated round of feedback submitted at one time.

• Starter package: 1 round of revisions
• Professional package: 3 rounds of revisions
• Premium package: Unlimited revisions

Additional revision rounds beyond the included amount will be billed at $50 per round, invoiced before work resumes.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full and final payment:

• The client owns the final website design and all custom content created for them
• PixelCheck retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials
• Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses
• PixelCheck retains ownership of any work not fully paid for

Monthly Maintenance Plans

Optional monthly retainer plans are available after site launch:

• Basic Care ($75/mo): Text and photo updates, uptime monitoring
• Growth Care ($150/mo): Updates, monthly SEO report, one new page per year

Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice via email. No partial refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations.

Limitation of Liability

PixelCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or data loss, arising from the use of our services or website.

PixelCheck's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific project in question.

PixelCheck is not responsible for third-party services, hosting outages, domain expirations, or issues caused by platforms outside our control.

Website Use

By visiting pixelcheck.dev, you agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website content without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from our site

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local law.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
